{"id":4201,"date":"2022-05-06T17:45:40","date_gmt":"2022-05-06T15:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amoeba-nature.com\/?p=4201"},"modified":"2022-05-06T21:17:01","modified_gmt":"2022-05-06T19:17:01","slug":"ordinary-and-extraordinary-general-meeting-to-be-held-on-24-may-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amoeba-nature.com\/en\/ordinary-and-extraordinary-general-meeting-to-be-held-on-24-may-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Ordinary and extraordinary general meeting to be held on 24 May 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Ordinary and extraordinary general meeting to be held on 24 May 2022 &#8211; Modalities through which the preparatory documents will be made available<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p>The company\u2019s shareholders are invited to attend the ordinary and extraordinary general<br>meeting which will be held on: Tuesday 24 may 2022 \u2013 9 am at the company registered office &#8211; 38 Avenue des Fr\u00e8res Montgolfier- 69680 CHASSIEU.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p>The notice of the meeting as a notice of convocation, including the agenda and the planned<br>resolutions, was published in the BALO (Bulletin of obligatory legal announcements) of 18 april, 2022.<br>The documents stipulated by article R.225-83 of the French commercial code are available to<br>shareholders from the moment that the assembly is convened, in line with the applicable regulatory<br>requirements:<br>\u2022 Any registered shareholder can, until the fifth day (inclusive) before the assembly, ask the<br>company to send him these documents. For holders of bearer shares, this right can only be<br>exercised upon presentation of a statement of participation in the accounts of bearer shares<br>held by the authorised intermediary;<br>\u2022 Any shareholder can consult these documents at the company\u2019s headquarters during the 15<br>days preceding the date of the meeting.<br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p>For information, electronic voting via the VOTACCESS secure voting platform for the General Meeting<br>of Tuesday, May 24, 2022 will be open from May 6, 2022 until Monday, May 23, 2022 at 3:00 pm (Paris<br>time). Shareholders wishing to use this platform can consult the access conditions in the notice of<br>meeting and on the company&#8217;s website (https:\/\/amoeba-nature.com\/investisseur\/assembleegenerale).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p>In the context of the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19), the procedures for holding the Shareholders&#8217;<br>Meeting may change depending on health and\/or legal requirements.
