The General Meeting of Amo\u00e9ba shareholders, convened on May 27, 2021 at 9 a.m. at the Company’s registered office, did not reach the quorum required to vote on the ordinary and extraordinary resolutions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Consequently, a new Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on second call on:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Thursday 24 June 2021\u00a0\u2013\u00a09.00 am
at the company registered office – 38 Avenue des Fr\u00e8res Montgolfier- 69680 CHASSIEU<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

for the purpose of ruling on the same agenda as the first convocation notice, published in the Bulletin des Annonces L\u00e9gales Obligatoires (BALO) of 10 may 2021.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

The notice of the second convocation including the agenda was published in the Bulletin des Annonces l\u00e9gales Obligatoires (BALO) of June 2, 2021. The terms and conditions of participation and voting at the Meeting are set out in this notice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

The documents stipulated by article R.225-83 of the French commercial code are available to shareholders from the moment that the assembly is convened, in line with the applicable regulatory requirements:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
